Over my career in public accounting and finance, I have developed deep expertise in audit, financial reporting, and transaction analysis, working with companies ranging from high-growth private businesses to complex institutional organizations. I began my career in acquisitions, supporting the evaluation of over $150M in potential deals across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.—conducting cash flow modeling, return analysis, and market research that informed executive-level investment decisions. That early exposure to dealmaking shaped my passion for understanding what truly drives the financial health and value of a business.

From there, I spent nearly six years at PwC, one of the world's largest professional services firms, rising from Assurance Associate to Assurance Manager. At PwC, I led audit engagements and financial reporting reviews, developing a rigorous, detail-driven approach to evaluating financial performance, internal controls, and quality of earnings. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri, I bring both technical depth and practical judgment to every engagement.

Today, as VP of Finance and Portfolio Oversight, I work alongside operators and internal finance teams to drive the financial performance of our portfolio companies. My focus spans financial modeling, quality of earnings analysis on fund-level transactions, and ongoing portfolio oversight—ensuring our companies remain profitable, well-managed, and positioned for long-term value creation. I also support searchers and independent sponsors through the acquisition process, providing quality of earnings analysis and financial diligence that helps them buy with confidence and clarity.
