With over 20 years of real estate experience, Kim is an expert in new construction, property renovation, and short and long-term real estate investments. Her work in residential real estate and new construction has enabled her to develop a keen eye for identifying and exploring creative investment ideas in real estate and business.
Kim is licensed in both Colorado and Florida and holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, which gives her a deep understanding of human dynamics in the workplace and how best to grow a business with the right people in place. She has personally built businesses in both the real estate and fitness industries, which has given her valuable hands-on experience in what it takes to create and grow a successful business.
In addition to her professional work, Kim is an avid runner and gym goer. She and her husband are proud parents of four children who are actively involved in sports and TV/film acting across the country. In her free time, Kim enjoys volunteering with Girls On the Run and featuring local small businesses in the community through video interviews.
