Apollo.io has announced its acquisition of Pocus, a revenue intelligence platform that helps teams transform buying signals into actionable priorities. The acquisition, revealed on March 19, 2026, is part of Apollo.io's effort to develop a cutting-edge, AI-native go-to-market operating system. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition comes during a period of significant growth for Apollo.io, which has seen its enterprise accounts increase by more than 400% over the past year. The company's client list includes high-profile names such as Anthropic and Glean. By integrating Pocus into its platform, Apollo.io aims to enhance its ability to unify data, intelligence, and execution for go-to-market workflows.
Strengthening AI capabilities for revenue teams
Apollo.io, which operates one of the largest B2B contact databases with over 230 million entries, provides tools for prospecting, sequencing, engagement, and more. Recent developments, such as the launch of an AI Assistant, have added capabilities like automated prospecting and workflow configuration. The addition of Pocus is expected to deepen Apollo.io's intelligence layer, offering advanced CRM signal analysis and behavioral insights to help revenue teams prioritize opportunities more effectively.
Pocus brings with it a strong reputation for optimizing pre- and post-sales workflows. The platform has supported companies like Asana, Canva, and Monday.com by analyzing large volumes of data to identify and act on high-impact opportunities.
"We started Pocus to solve a simple but critical problem: revenue teams were drowning in data but starving for direction", said Alexa Grabell, CEO of Pocus. "Apollo has built the execution layer modern GTM teams trust. By joining Apollo, we can scale our mission in delivering signal-powered clarity and helping teams focus on the opportunities that matter most."

Consolidating fragmented systems
The acquisition underscores a broader industry trend toward consolidating fragmented go-to-market tools into unified, AI-powered platforms. Apollo.io's vision is to reduce dependence on legacy technology stacks by offering a single platform capable of detecting buying signals, prioritizing accounts, and driving revenue strategies.
"The acquisition of Pocus accelerates Apollo’s vision to build the leading AI-native operating system for go-to-market teams from SMB to enterprise", said Matt Curl, CEO of Apollo.io. "Pocus is a natural complement to Apollo’s platform, bringing powerful AI-driven signal intelligence, recommendations, and intelligent workflows that enable teams to execute with greater precision and speed. By combining Pocus’ talent and technology with Apollo’s scale, we strengthen our position today, and unlock new opportunities as we continue to expand upmarket."
A trajectory of rapid growth
Apollo.io has been experiencing strong adoption of its AI capabilities. Since introducing its AI Assistant in beta in October, the company has reported a doubling of credit consumption in less than six months. Customer adoption of AI features has grown from 35% to 75%, while weekly active user numbers have surged by 94% since the platform's general release.
The company now serves more than 600,000 businesses and 2 million users globally, including over 100,000 paying customers. Apollo.io has also achieved more than fivefold revenue growth since its Series D funding round.
By integrating Pocus, Apollo.io aims to further solidify its position as a leader in the AI-native go-to-market space, providing teams with powerful tools to streamline workflows and accelerate revenue growth.
